Grizzly Geography

When our family moved to Canada, we felt overwhelmed in the best way by the open skies, endless landscapes, and quiet kindness of people we barely knew, and we quickly fell in love with our new home.

As we began building our life here with two curious boys asking questions every day, we realized we wanted to understand the country’s geography, scale, and stories together, yet we could not find engaging ways to learn as a family in a playful, lively way.

Learning often felt like work, and we believed it should feel different. 

One summer day during a hike, that thought became an idea: what if we created a simple matching game to help children and immigrants like us learn Canadian geography?

So we built what we could not find, combining structure and detail with creativity and visual storytelling, while our boys tested every rule. That is how our first game – Geo Memory:  Discover Canada was born, as our small way of giving back to the country that became our home.
